Our system of government is a constitutional monarchy and a parliamentary democracy. Canada’s Parliament consists of three parts: the Queen, represented by the governor general; the Senate; and the House of Commons. Elections are a vital part of democratic processes, including political transitions, implementation of peace agreements and consolidation of democracy. The National Coalition Party of Canada (NCPC) Political Action Committee (PAC) plays a major role in providing national assistance to these important processes of change.
The democratic process can be even the process whereby people’s interests and willingness to be governed are reflected in the way collective decision-making is made. The democratic process implies effective participation, equal voting, enlightening, understanding the issues involved, and control of the agenda as the criteria of the democratic process. The process assures that each member can think and act democratically. Fairness, respect of the rules, are produced by equal consideration intrinsic quality, implying that some rights are fundamental to human existence and should not be alienated by any person or institutions. The democratic process is in principle the visualization of the theory of political equality. It must reflect human rights, competence, collective decision-making, and freedom of self-determination.
The National Coalition Party of Canada (NCPC) is a non-partisan Political Action Committee (PAC) organization, whose purpose is to promote human rights, to foster international peace and diplomatic relations, the creation and dissemination of rigorous political advocacy, for the protection of civil rights under The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, to protect those basic rights and freedoms of all Canadians. In addition, are the freedoms of speech and association. Freedom of speech appeals to reason with the reason being the basis of democracy. Freedom of association conceives groups with similar interests consolidating to formulate policies and to meet common ends. None of the freedoms are secured without the rule of law and an independent judiciary
