ABOUT US

Political Action Committee PAC Legal Status in Canada

Political Action Committee is a popular term for a  political committee organized for the purpose of raising and spending  money to elect and defeat candidates.  Most PACs represent business,  labor or ideological interests. In 2015, Political Action Committee (PAC)  organizations were introduced to Ontario and Alberta and were expected  to play a major role in Canadian political elections at the provincial  and federal level. The Canada Elections Act allows PACs to spend up to $150,000 on third-party advertising during an election.

As one of the leading political organizations in Canada, we provide strategic grassroots campaigns, direct political advocacy and government lobbying assistance, supporting businesses, unions, human rights groups, non-profits, community groups, and individuals to promote legislation that are favorable to their interests.

Our Government Lobbying Mandate

Recent events in Canada have caused a resurgence of reliance on the Peace, Order and Good Government. A country can only be  truly democratic until its citizens have the opportunity to choose their  representatives through elections that are free and fair. Free and fair elections are  the foundation of every healthy democracy, ensuring that government  authority derives from the will of the people.

The goal of health reform is to improving quality of care. At a glance. A holistic approach means to provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. The support should also consider their physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.  Holistic health is about caring for the whole person, providing for your physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs.

These measures  include military action and diplomatic agreements such as treaties and  conventions. International and national security are invariably linked. International security is national security or state security in the  global arena. Participation in BMD could further strengthen the Canada-US Defense relationship and ensure that this alliance remains salient towards domestic and international security challenges.
